SEANF's Final Paper on Migrant Workers |

 The final paper on migrant workers of the South East Asia National Human Rights Institutions Forum (SEANF) has been printed in Malaysia and is now available for distribution.
The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (SUHAKAM), as the lead NHRI in this joint project, shares to the region as well as to the rest of the world this collaborative effort of SEANF members.
In this policy paper, the SEANF doles out recommendations as well as the position of the body on the ASEAN Instrument to protect the rights of migrant workers and the work of the ASEAN Committee on the Implementation of the ASEAN Declaration on the Protection and Promotion of Rights of Migrant Workers (ACMW). It further urges the ACMW and the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) to avail of the expertise of SEANF on human rights issues.
National recommendations for each SEANF member is also provided in this paper.
