The ASEAN NHRI Forum (ANF) reiterated its stand on the Terms of Reference (TOR) of the ASEAN Human Rights Body (AHRB) when the body submitted its second position paper during the Consultation Meeting of the High Level Panel (HLP) on the drafting of the TOR for the establishment of the AHRB last 20 March 2009 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Moreover, the ANF firmed up its draft TOR of the AHRB.
