The SEA NHRI Forum finalized its paper on the plight of migrant workers in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand. This policy paper includes recommendations for the ASEAN Instrument and each member country of SEA NHRI Forum as well as advice to the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) for protecting and promoting the rights of migrant workers.
